Trending Tides Social provides digital marketing services, including social media content creation and management, business branding, website redesign, graphic design, email marketing, and digital advertisement design.

By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services.
• Timely Communication: You will respond promptly to requests for feedback, approvals, or materials required to complete your project.
• Ownership of Materials: You confirm that any materials you provide (logos, images, etc.) for use in your project do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

• Invoices: Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or service agreement.
• Late Payments: A late fee may apply for invoices not paid within the specified timeframe.
• Non-Refundable Fees: Unless otherwise specified, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

• Ownership: Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables, excluding any pre-existing materials or software used to create them.
• Licensing: Trending Tides Social retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Included Revisions: Your project may include a specified number of revisions, as outlined in your service agreement.
• Additional Revisions: Any additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope will be billed at an hourly rate.

• By the Client: You may terminate services at any time with written notice. Any work completed up to the date of termination will be billed accordingly.
• By Trending Tides Social: We reserve the right to terminate services if the client fails to comply with these Terms of Service or engages in abusive or unprofessional behavior.

Trending Tides Social is not responsible for:

• Errors in final deliverables approved by the client.
• Losses or damages resulting from delays caused by the client.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Trending Tides Social agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared by the client during the course of the project.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
